  2. We drop off and position it

    Our driver places the unit on flat ground at the exact spot you picked, with the door facing your preferred direction.

  3. Ongoing service, then removal

    We pump out, sanitize, and restock each week, then remove the unit whenever you let us know the job is finished.

Locally owned, not a national chain

We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you get me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are a family operation, so if something is not right with a unit, that is on us, and we take care of it that same day.

I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

How frequently do units get serviced?

All rentals come with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can request a second visit each week.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks of notice works well for spring and summer dates. Book earlier if your event falls on a holiday weekend.

What kind of spot do you need for delivery?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can access, away from overhead wires and any active digging.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an oversized door, grab bars, and sufficient room to maneuver a wheelchair.
